The YWCA is committed to improving women’s lives and eliminating barriers to self-sufficiency.



The Database Coordinator is responsible for maintenance and the effective use of the donor database for purposes of charitable fundraising and relationship building.





Responsibilities include:



* Entering donor gifts and generating acknowledgements

* Updating system and individual records; as well as generating analytical/accounting reports

* Generating mail lists through complex queries

* Providing Special Events support as assigned







Requirements:



· Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred (an equivalent level of education and experience will be accepted)

· Three years database experience

· Strong analytical skills and proficient in the use and securing of data

· Good writing and editing skills

· Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail

· Professional demeanor

· Experience with Raiser’s Edge software a plus

This Part-Time position allows for a flexible schedule between the hours of 8:00am – 5:00pm.
