I'm new to Dallas (from Milwaukee, and college in North Carolina) and am looking to live in a fairly social environment (not loud, constant party social, just meaning there are others in their early 20s in the area). The places I've seen and liked so far have been in Lower Greenville, Uptown, and Addison areas, though I'm up for pretty much anywhere north of downtown where there are other young folks. I'm a 22 yr old very sane straight male product manager at a tech startup in Richardson, very laid back and easy to get along with. I'd love to have a roommate who's about the same; though, again, I'm open to pretty much anything (including guys or girls)--the smarter, the better, though. If possible, I'd like to keep all the bills below $800-850/mo apiece (I could care less if the place is a dump--it's all about location).
