will rarely be there but need a place to get away to when i feel like it, someplace where no one will bother me and i can bring a friend or two to hang out. no illegal activites (is pot still illegal) just need my space from time to time, no pets, relatively quiet and chill, play a little guitar from time to time but not electric. think the father's getaway in Six Feet Under
