Our client in Austin is seeking an associate with 2 to 6 years experience in Corporate transactions. Candidates must be experienced in entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, and debt and equity financings. Real estate experience is a plus. Excellent academics are required and will only be considered. You must have graduated top 25% from a top 20 law school and have big firm experience to be considered. Compensation is competitive.
