Job Requirements: Must have 5-7 years IT experience with 3+ years experience with: Microsoft .NET framework, SQL Server, Visual Studio, Web Services, XML, VB.net or C#, ASP.Experience with Microsoft .NET Compact Framework is highly desirable. Experience with Siebel is desirable.Able to work independently and as part of a team. Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in information technology or equivalent IT training or work experience.
Job requirements: Responsible for maintaining our Client's U.S. Field Service Mobility application. This application software is being developed by a vendor for our Client and will run on a handheld device. The application will interface with Navigator (Siebel complaint handling system,) with our Client's payroll system and with smaller Global Service applications.Works with vendor during development to understand the design and functionality of the application. Learns the interface requirements to Siebel and Payroll System. Works with server and network technical personnel to prepare for production. Aids in the implementation of the software into production. On an ongoing basis, develops and implements enhancements to the software. Analyzes, designs, develops, implement and maintains moderate to complete computer programs based on business process needs and requirements. Performs all steps required to design, test and code application. Uses the specified life cycle methodology. Provides production support by investigating and fixing issues. Works closely with: the vendor to understand and implement new releases, Corporate IT on application infrastructure issues and performance· the Navigator team to understand the impact of new releases and the associated changes needed,· the Global group on interfacing applications.·the Sr. BSA to get requirements.
