Can We Help Each Other?

Single mom of a great 15yo daughter seeks help. Starting over and would like a room that we may share to lease in a private home. We are very clean, trustworthy, quiet, respectful, hardworking and easy-going personable people. Here's the catch. Due to past and present attorney fees, I am not quite where I should be financially. Good work history and beginning a new position in about 2 wks. Office located @ Tollway/Douglass and would like something in the area. Enrolled as a FT college student also. I am able to pay approx. 300-350/mo. and would like to trade additional rent for just about anything you need (no booty calls, friends with benefits and I'm not looking for a sugar daddy) other than that I love children, very good at housework/yardwork and home repairs. There are other extenuating circumstances and I would be happy to meet with you to discuss if you may be interested. I am seeking a place asap as I need to get my daughter in a better school district for her best interest. This will be a short term condition hopefully only 2-3 months, unless something works out for both of us.
