We are looking for someone that can lead music (assemble a choir or worship team), teach a young adults class, and lead the youth group at House Of Prayer in Greenville. This job is also about bringing new people into the church. It is very old-school. Young people, even middle-aged people are turned off. The person we are looking for must be willing to evangelize- search people out to bring them in. This person must be able to relate to young adults and youth as well as elderly members. You must be willing to incorporate contemporary music into a pentecostal setting and possibly mix it up. You must also have a heart for the people in the church and be patient that the transformation may take time. It is important that you have a background in Pentecostal or Assembly of God churches. Must be available Sunday mornings, Sunday evenings, and Wednesday evenings. Please e-mail with resume, cover letter, and 2 references. Couples that minister together are also welcome.
