Compliance Spectrum is seeking one or more Java Web developers with a minimum of six (6) years experience in the commercial software industry and 3-4 years Java coding for production web sites. Ideal candidate would have a degree in CS or related discipline, work experience involving OO design skills, data modeling, and application architecture experience. Experience with Java, JavaScript, DHTML, AJAX, XML, CSS, Eclipse, Tomcat and MySQL is required as is experience in architecting and deploying scalable web applications in a highly available Linux/Unix environment. Experience with template and scripting engines such as Jelly, XSLT or Velocity is a MAJOR plus. Experience in Oracle and DB2 is desirable.
