Job Description:
-Input time into tracking database and provide reports to managers and
temporary staffing agencies.
-Keep track of office and shipping supplies and initiate reorder based on
demand.
-Answer phones, take messages, and greet visitors and handle visitors.
-Track email requests for same day shipments, stop shipments and relay
information to appropriate parties.
-Allocated and assign Sales Orders on a regular basis and communicate with the
shipping team.
-Handle general filing requirements as assigned by department managers.
-Handle communication with specific supply vendors.
Job Requirements:
-Good Knowledge of Word , Excel, Outlook with some exposure to Access.
-Good Time management skills, ability to switch from priority tasks back to
routine task through out the day.
-Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills, prefer ability to read, write
and communicate effectively in Spanish.
-High School Graduate with some college preferred.
-Ability to lift 40 pounds repetitively.
-Prefer 1 – 2 years working in warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing
environment.
**The position is a 3-6 month assignment, could be permanent depending on candidate. Must be able to pass a criminal background check.**
