Practice areas include Real Estate, Intellectual Property, Tax, Copyrights, Internet Law, Labor and Employment, Antitrust, Business Restructuring, Capital Markets, M&A, Government Regulation and more. This firm is looking for an experienced Tax Associate with 5 years of experience in local and state tax. Large law firm experience, state tax boutique, multi-state tax or trial experience preferred.
